TERMS OF SERVICE
Before using the Services, please make sure to carefully read these Terms and Conditions. It's important to know that when you use the Services, you are agreeing to follow these rules. If you don't agree with these rules, you won't be able to use the Services, and we recommend leaving the website immediately. If you choose to keep using the website or place product orders, we will consider this as your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
UNDERSTANDING THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Within these Terms and Conditions, some words and phrases carry specific meanings, which we refer to as 'defined terms.' You can recognize these defined terms because they begin with capital letters, even if they don't appear at the beginning of a sentence. When a defined term is used, its intended meaning is explained in the section of the Terms and Conditions where it was initially defined. You can locate these explanations by referring to the sentence where the defined term is enclosed in brackets and quotation marks.
When we refer to "Naema", "we", "us" or "our", we mean Naema Corporation or, where relevant, its affiliates. Where we refer to "you" or "your" we mean you, the person using the Services.
We've included headings to make it simpler for you to understand these Terms and Conditions and find information easily. Please be aware that these Terms and Conditions are exclusively available in English. We won't keep records of the agreements between us and you for the provision of Services or between you and our partners for product sales. Hence, we recommend you print or save a copy of these Terms and Conditions for your own reference. It's important to note that we may make changes to these Terms and Conditions periodically. Therefore, we encourage you to visit the website regularly and review the Terms and Conditions every time you use the Services to order products to ensure you're aware of the current legal terms in effect.

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions on our website. However, please note that these descriptions are based on information provided by our partner boutiques and brands, and they are responsible for their accuracy and completeness. 4) ORDERS, PRICES, PAYMENT & TAXES
By completing the checkout process and clicking the "Place Order" button, you are making an offer to purchase products from Naema. All orders depend on product availability and confirmation of the order price, and we may have to cancel your order (or a portion of it) if the product is unavailable or not available at the order price. Legal ownership of the purchased product transfers to you upon shipment of your order, while the risk associated with the product remains with the Partner and/or Naema (as applicable) until the product is delivered to your specified address.
Payment should be completed before delivery, following the account details provided by Naema, unless mutually arranged by both Parties. Naema reserves the right to postpone the fulfillment of delivery obligations until payment is received. Written consent from both parties is essential to establish any installment payment terms. If there is reasonable doubt about your creditworthiness, Naema retains the right to withhold service agreement fulfillment.

This includes, but is not limited to, any submissions you provide to us or any violation of these Terms of Use on your part.
8) FORCE MAJEURE
In the event that Naema is temporarily unable to fulfill its contractual obligations towards the User due to circumstances beyond its control, including nonattributable shortcomings on the part of Naema or third-party suppliers engaged by Naema, or in the event of a significant reason arising on the part of Naema, Naema reserves the right to terminate the agreement or suspend the fulfillment of its obligations for a reasonable period, as determined by Naema, without any obligation to provide compensation. Force majeure, including but not limited to situations where Naema's suppliers or transporters fail to meet their obligations or do so in a timely manner, regardless of the cause, weather conditions, earthquakes, epidemics, virus outbreaks, and pandemics, fire, power failure, loss, theft, or loss of tools or materials, road blockades, strikes or work stoppages, government measures, and import or trade restrictions, is considered. A situation of force majeure also applies if, due to any of the aforementioned circumstances, Naema's production is significantly halted. If force majeure occurs and compliance becomes permanently impossible, both parties have the right to immediately terminate the agreement for unfulfilled obligations. Neither party is entitled to compensation for any damages suffered or to be suffered as a result of the suspension or termination described in these terms.
