If you have purchased an item that is not to your satisfaction, we offer the option to exchange the item within 10 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in their original, unworn condition with all original tags or packaging still intact. Contact our customer support team to initiate the exchange, specifying the item you'd like to exchange and the reason.

Please be advised that exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we'll provide alternative options. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, get in touch within 7 days, and we'll cover the return shipping costs.
